1. What we keep
When you order we keep your name, email address, mobile number and, for home delivery, your address and any door code, together with what you ordered. We keep no card details; payment is handled by Swish.
2. Why
The details are used to prepare and deliver your order, send confirmations and reminders, handle changes and refunds, and for bookkeeping.
3. For how long
Contact details and addresses are removed or anonymised 24 months after your last order. Details required for bookkeeping are kept as long as the law requires.
4. Who receives them
Details are shared only with the services needed to complete the order: Swish for payment, our email provider for confirmations and our hosting provider. They are never sold.
5. Cookies
dabao.se uses no tracking cookies. Your cart and the details you fill in are stored locally in your browser to make the next order faster, and do not leave your device until you order.
6. Your rights
You have the right to know which details we hold about you, to have them corrected or deleted, and to object to how they are used. Contact details are added here before launch.
