1. About Dabao
Dabao sells ready-made, frozen meal boxes through dabao.se. Company details (registration number and address) are added here before launch.
2. Ordering and payment
An order is binding once payment is complete and you have received a confirmation by email. All prices are in Swedish kronor including VAT. Payment is made with Swish when ordering.
3. Pickup
The boxes are collected at the place and in the time window you chose when ordering. Bring your order number. Boxes not collected within the window are not refunded.
4. Home delivery
Home delivery is offered within the postcodes shown at checkout, for the fee and minimum number of boxes stated there. The boxes are handed over in person. If you do not answer and have not allowed the boxes to be left at the door, the driver takes them back and no refund is made.
5. Changes and cancellation
You can change or cancel your order through the link in the confirmation email until 20:00 the day before pickup or delivery. On cancellation the full amount is refunded to the Swish number that paid. After that time the boxes are packed for you and the order can no longer be changed.
6. Allergens and contents
Allergens are declared per dish on the menu and on every box. The food is handled in a kitchen where several allergens are present. Contact us before ordering if you have questions about the contents.
7. Storage and heating
The boxes are delivered frozen and must be kept in a freezer. Follow the instructions on the box for thawing and heating. Thawed food must not be refrozen.
8. Complaints
If something is wrong with your order, get in touch as soon as possible and we will sort it out. Contact details are added here before launch.
